Eagle High School

In order to register at Eagle High School, you will need to provide the following:

 

1. District Enrollment Paperwork

2. Eagle High Grade Level Paperwork 

       Freshman

       Sophomore

       Junior

       Senior

 

  3.  Current Immunization Record

  4.  Birth Certificate

  5.  Transcript of completed high school courses (highly recommended)

 

Mid-Year Transfers:

• All documentation above plus,

• Check out grades from previous school

 

Students receiving special services

• A copy of current IEP/504/LEP
